📢 Maxs Tech Store Closure Update
As of September 3, 2025, Maxs Tech Store has officially closed down operations. We want to reassure all customers that we are still actively supporting returns and refunds.
✅ At this time, we are approximately 75% complete with processing all pending refunds and returns.
📦 Return Labels Issued:
All return labels have already been issued for customers who placed an order. Please check your AfterShip emails (and your spam folder) for the email containing your prepaid return label. The label was sent to the same email address you used at checkout.
Alternatively, you may also log into AfterShip directly and generate your label there. Once your return is approved, select “Get Return Label” in your AfterShip portal to download it.
⚠️ Important: Return labels are only valid for 30 days after they are issued. If your return has not been shipped within that timeframe, the label will be voided and the return will no longer be eligible.
💳 Refund Processing:
Once your return is received, refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used at checkout. Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
⏳ Support Timeline:
We will remain open and continue processing refunds and returns for 30 days after the last return label was issued.
⚠️ Eligibility Reminder:
If your order is past 30 days from delivery, it is not eligible for a refund.
We sincerely apologize for the delays and greatly appreciate your patience as we work through refunds and resolve outstanding issues with our manufacturers. No customer has been forgotten.
